This information also serves as the terms and conditions for any rental, so please read carefully before completing any reservation.
As the saying goes, “the early bird gets the worm.” The earlier you make your reservation, the better your chances are at obtaining your first choice. Party rentals are always rented on a first-come with-deposit, first-serve basis. Please keep in mind items can only be held or reserved by completing your deposit. Long story short, the soon is always the better. Still, even when your event is right around the corner, we will do our best to accommodate.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to complete your reservation (75% for non-residential) for all inflatables, concession food, soft play sets, and other party equipment rentals. We will take down your information at the time of reservation however, your reservation is not completed until after we receive your deposit. We kindly ask that if you decide to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible prior to your birthday party or event so that we may rent the unit out to another child’s party. Payment in full is due upon delivery. There is a 50% cancellation fee when less than 48-hour notice is given; with at least 48-hour notice of cancellation, your deposit will be returned. A $50 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
Yes! We deliver and set up ALL of our party equipment rentals. We set up at least 1/2 hr prior and up to 4 hours before your event. The setup takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour, depending on if you rent our soft play units, as they take more time to set up. At this time, we inspect the inflatable for cleanliness and safety. When your party is over, we will come back within 4 hours to take the unit down. This service is included in the rental cost.

No shoes, no food, no drinks, no gum, no cigarettes, no silly string, no confetti, no sand. no sharp objects, no rough play, no flips, no hanging from nets, no jewelry. All customers receive an emailed copy at time of rental.
No. In fact, Bounce Party Place House does not allow pick ups. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified to be the exclusive installer of our equipment. Our insurance requires that our installers do an onsite inspection as well. Where the safety of your children is concerned, we do not take any chances.
The best option is to place the inflatables on top of grass which should be mowed 2 to 3 days before the event. Event location area must be flat and clear of rocks or any other debris (including dog droppings) to ensure the safety of the bouncer and its riders. It is the customers responsibility to clean area prior to set up. Inflatables need to be in an open area, far from trees, wires or any other thing that may cause tears, about 20 feet high. You will need to add at least 4 feet around the perimeter, so approximately 18ft x 18ft for a 14ft x 14ft bouncer.
We will only charge you a $25.00 cleaning fee if there are any food and/or drink stains. NO SILLY STRING is allowed to be used in or around our equipment. There will be a $50.00 fee for each stain caused by Silly String. Our staff will contact you immediately if there is a problem with the condition is which our equipment is returned to us.
